Monthly Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

What if I register for a meeting then cannot attend?

• LCWN requires a full 48-hour advance notice prior to the meeting date, if you cannot attend a meeting after registering.
  If you inform LCWN, by emailing us, within the cancellation guidelines you will not have to pay the meeting fee
  
  
• If we receive your cancelation notice after the 48-hour window OR you do not show up at the meeting at all you will be responsible for the full meeting fee (including late registration fees if applicable) which will be payable in full, prior to, or at the door of the next monthly meeting
